Davis's Christmas Program

Before the break, Davis had his Christmas program at school. It was so sweet seeing those sweet kids sing about the birth of Jesus. We had a party back in his room afterwards. He has wonderful teachers and such a sweet class!

This was the placemat Davis made. It makes me smile that he glued his "s" on backwards, because for months, he used to write it backwards. He doesn't anymore, but I still think it's cute that he glued this one on backwards. A sweet reminder of when he was 5!

Davis gave us a wrapped box at the party. This was on the inside, along with the nativity set below that he had made. It is something I will always cherish. It sat in a prime location in the family room the entire Christmas Season!

Love the bullitin board in his class! Each present was made by one of the kids, and the inside was something they would like to have given baby Jesus when he was born. Davis had put bunkbeds. I laughed at first at how funny that was, then wanted to cry when I realized that was because Baby Jesus didn't have a bed. He was in a manger, and Davis wanted him to have bunkbeds like he does. What a sweet baby!
