You really don't need anything else in this post other than this picture. If you could think of one 4-year old boy that is destined to take karate who would be be? Davis Ramsey I say! It took everything in me not to karate chop him right across the room because he was so cute in that uniform. Davis has been begging to take Karate. He learned about it on Sesame Street. It got so bad, that if I told him something that he was excited about, he would respond by closing his eyes, putting his hands together, and bowing towards me. He would then do a few karate kicks. It was hilarious! We finally decided we would sign him up. On his first day of karate, he started getting nervous, and said he didn't want to do it anymore. We went any way, and the place let him take a free trial class. Well, he loved it! His favorite part was kicking "Fred". "Fred" was a big pad that the teacher held that he got to kick. I could not take the smile off of my face the entire time I watched him. He was so focused, he listened to every word the teacher said, and only did as he was told. Maybe this karate thing is a good idea! Here are a few videos of his first class. There will be plenty more pictures to come in the future!Friday, September 4, 2009
Will the real Karate Kid please stand up?
