Last month, we had 2 tickets offered to us from Great Kim for the Gwinnett Braves game. Our initial thought was that Noah would take Parker, but they Noah mentioned taking Davis instead. We are so used to thinking that Parker is the big kid, so he gets to do things like that, that we forget that Davis is almost 4. He deserves that one on one time with Daddy just like Parker got when he was Davis's age. So, off to the ballpark they went. Davis had a great time, and thought he was SO big! On a side note let me add that when Davis thinks he is doing something cool, or something that makes him feel big, he develops a strut when he walks, and his voice gets deeper. It is absolutely hilarious. He thinks he is a grown man, and he must act as such! You better believe, when he and Noah came home that night, he was definitely strutting, and his voice could not have gotten any deeper (especially when he told his big brother about it all). We will definitely be doing more things like this with Davis, and all of the boys!
I am sure that Noah could not have been more proud!
