We have been at the beach since last Friday, July 17th, with Gamma, Aunt Jennifer, Patrick, Rachel, Rebekah, and Great Kim. Ashley, Derek, Morgan, and Tyler were able to join us for the first few days too. We have had an amazing trip. Today is our last day, which is always sad. This is the first year that most of the kids are old enough to really enjoy the ocean, waves, swimming, etc. They have gotten along so well this week. When Morgan and Tyler were here, here is the rundown of kids and ages...1-7 year old, 1-6 year old, 2-5 year olds, 1-4 year old, 1-3 year old, 1-2 year old, and 1-1 year old....that's 8 kids ages 7 and under. It was so much fun to see them all together. Even though the cousins do not get to spend a ton of time together due to distance separating them, when they are together, you would think that they see each other every day. The relationships there are priceless and it leaves me wishing for our next visit to come as soon as one ends. I have so many pictures I have no idea where to start, so in order to get lots of them in (since I like to print my blog out for myself each year), over the next few days, I will post a few at a time. Be patient....there are lots!
Gamma reading "Good Night Moon" to the kids. A regular tradition at night time.
Emerson LOVES his Aunt Jennifer! He always goes to her because he knows that she will give him yummy things that I won't give him (Little Debbies, cookies, etc.). It is too sweet to watch him with her.
We made smores one night after dinner down by the beach. We had to make them on a grill because it was the best place to get a fire going. The kids loved it!
Even Emerson got a marshmallow. He thought he had died and gone to heaven.

Emerson and Tyler were little buddies on this trip!
All of the kiddos with Gamma.
