Today was a big day for Davis. He had his first Dentist Appointment. Parker has been building it up for a while now, so Davis was actually excited to go. We go to a wonderful Pediatric Dentist that I have been so pleased with. I was SO amazed at how well Davis did. He let them do everything they wanted to do...no complaints...no tears. They started off with x-rays, then the sweet dental hygienist spent about 10 minutes showing him each one of the utensils/supplies that she would use to clean his teeth, and told him what each of them did. He looked so tiny in that big chair. He put on the sunglasses, leaned back, and let her go to work. The hygienist even told me that she usually never has a 3-year old to let her do so much on the first visit. Leave it to Davis to surprise me. That was definitely not what I was expecting from him to be honest. The dental hygienist told Davis that her name was "Beautiful Fairy Princess". She told him that she was kidding, but I think he missed that part, because at home, he was talking about his trip to the dentist, and he said, "Dr.Princess brushed my teeth." I guess a 3-year old will believe anything. Dr. Moore said his teeth looked "perfect" and to keep up the good work. Great job Davis!

Here is a shot of Parker getting his cleaned. He was so sweet to Davis this morning telling him everything to expect. He kept it all positive so Davis wouldn't get scared. What a good big brother.
Let the cleaning begin.
