Today was a very exciting day for us! Patrick (my nephew, and more importantly, Parker's cousin) flew to Atlanta from Louisiana with Gamma. We decided to surprise him by picking them up at the airport. Parker and Davis made signs to hold up as he got off of the escalator in the airport. Parker's sign said, "Welcom Home Patrick". No, that was not a typo. Parker made the sign himself, and that's how he spelled it. Davis's sign just had his name written on it since that is the only word he knows how to write. They were so excited. As Patrick got off of the escalator, it took him a minute to see us. When he did, he threw his arms up in the air and screamed, "Parker!!!". They ran to each other and gave each other a huge hug. It was too sweet! I wish they lived closer, but I am thrilled that even with the distance, we are still able to maintain such wonderful relationships. Here are the sweet pictures that we took at the airport.
